We have asked for a room on the quiet side. But the appartment room located in front of the hotel #27 we get was very very noisy. The traffic sound get through the windows just as if they were open. Only ear plugs permit some sleep. For a longer stay we would ask for a room relocation.

Moreover, the staff is friendly and helpful, always providing great tips on things to do and see around the city. The cleanliness of the hotel/apartment is also notable, with modern and well-equipped facilities available. Finally, I enjoyed the breakfast, which was plentiful and provided a great start to my day.

The elevator lacked a "door open" button and did not reopen automatically if something was blocking the door. This was frustrating and potentially dangerous.
